Frau Perchta - Fine Art Print

Frau Perchta is a figure from Alpine folklore who reigns over the Twelve Nights between Christmas and Ephihaby. She is a winter witch and shapeshifter who may appear radiant when she brings blessings or fearsome when she comes to enforce order. She rewards diligence and cleanliness and punishes those that have neglected their duties by opening bellies and stuffing them with straw.
